The Wave Style

The Anitsu Kekkei Genkai manipulates vibration itself — from shockwaves in the air to the very brain waves of a living mind. It is the natural counter to Genjutsu: a Wave Style master can shatter illusions before they take hold, and even destabilize an opponent's chakra network. But every wave has its limits.

Wave Style

Vibrational pulses that bypass skin and muscle and strike organs directly — liquefying lungs, shattering tenketsu, disrupting chakra flow. At its height, it can rupture internal organs without an external wound.

Gravity Manipulation

Nanzo's own invention — founded on his academy expertise in physics. Calculated fields of artificial gravity pin opponents like specimens. Brilliant, precise, and utterly unlike anything the clan's ancestors imagined.

Wind Style

Nanzo's second element — long and mid-range blades of compressed air, like the Massive Destroyer. Devastating at a distance, but unusable up close without killing the user too.

Pulse Reading

The Anitsu sensory art: reading shifts in the village's chakra atmosphere — tension, fear, shock. Nyoko's Final Resonance could be felt by every Anitsu across the Hidden Cloud.

The Five-Meter Dead Zone

Wave pulses cannot be emitted within five meters of the user without harming themselves. Inside that circle, a Wave Style master has no jutsu, no taijutsu, no kenjutsu — nothing but their own body.

Mid range — destroys everything near it by absorption. At short range, the user dies by absorption himself.

Massive Destroyer

Long range — wind performs destruction on impact. At short range, the user dies from the massive destroyer.

Air Absorption

Absorbs oxygen within range (~1km), killing targets. Five-meter rule: no effect within five meters of Nanzo himself.

Paralyze Sword

Discovered after marriage, with Karui's help. When the sword hits an opponent, wind pressure destroys cells at the contact point — causing permanent paralysis of the struck body part. Destroyed cells cannot be healed by conventional medical ninjutsu.

Karui's Gift: she taught him to channel wind chakra through the sword safely at close range — turning his greatest weakness into a weapon.

Wavering Wind

World Exclusive: winds form in waves. Opponents hit have their chakra stopped plus wind destruction inside the body — causing them to fly or die. Only Nanzo can perform this Wave + Wind combo.

Founded and created by Nanzo alone — not an Anitsu Clan art. Built on his academic expertise in physics, manipulating gravitational fields through chakra application.

Their Wave Style Kekkei Genkai is derived from Shibai's divine abilities, explaining its god-like potential. Karui, as Nanzo's wife, may be one of the few trusted with this truth.
